Igår hade jag några av mina äldsta vänner hemma i min nya lägenhet, och två av dem är precis hemkomna från Buenos Aires. Fina som de är hade de med sig små presenter, ett fantastiskt fjäderörhänge och en av mina absoluta favorittidningar – Vogue Spanien. Det är så fint att få något personligt när man bjuder hem någon, tycker jag. Tack Sofia och Mirkka. xx
Yesterday I invited some of my oldest friends to my new apartment, and two of them just returned from Buenos Aires. As they are the most thoughtful friends they brought me two lovely gifts – a fantastic feather earring and one of my favorite magazines - Vogue Spain. I think it’s so nice to receive something personal when you invite your friends home. Thank you Sofia and Mirkka. xx

I avskedspresent av mina bästa kollegor på APG fick jag det här helt underbara underlägget från Svenskt Tenn. Jag älskar det, och låter det stå framme på mitt lilla matbord precis hela tiden.
As a farewell gift from my lovely colleagues at APG, I got this wonderful underlay from Svenskt Tenn. I love it, and I have it standing on my small dining table at all times.
För mig är nyårsafton skönhetens högtid – kvällen då man med gott samvete kan ägna timmar åt allt det härligt ytliga som för många av oss är en skön avkoppling från allt betydelsefullt och allvarligt. Igår invigde jag två nyheter – YSL:s nagellack i nummer 127 och D&G:s parfym nr 14, “La Tempérance”, som doftar fantastiskt av bland annat bergamott, hibiskusblomma, ros, patchouli och mysk. Gott nytt år!
For me, New Year’s Eve is a celebration of beauty – the evening when nobody will questioning why you are spending hours applying eyeshadow or panting your nails – all these shallow things that for many of us are a great relaxation from lifes more important and serious activities. Yesterday I tried two new favorites – YSL’s nail polish in “127″ and D & G’s perfume number 14, ”LaTempérance” which smells wonderful of bergamot, hibiscus flower, rose, patchouli and musk. Happy New Year everyone!
Jag har precis som många andra tillbringat mellandagarna med att blicka ut över havet, dock inte Stilla Havet utan Östersjön. Jag har haft introduktionsvecka på mitt nya jobb (som jag redan älskar), och det första jag möttes av var ett skrivbord med en fantastisk utsikt över vattnet och vackra rosor i min favoritfärg. Jag är nu ledig en vecka men längtar redan efter 2012 och att få dra igång PR-avdelningen ordentligt. Känner mig som hemma. xx
I have, just as many others, spent the time between Christmas and New Years by looking out over the ocean, the only differences is that I’ve been looking out over Baltic Sea instead of the Pacific. I’ve had a introduction week at my new job (which I already love), and the first thing I saw was my new desk with a stunning view over the sea and beautiful roses in my favorite color. From today I have one week off, but I can’t wait for 2012 and to get the PR-department really started. xx
